The Express Towers, a 25-storey building located at Marine Drive in Nariman Point, Mumbai, is a landmark in South Mumbai. It was the tallest building in South Asia for two years after its completion in 1972 and is now the corporate headquarters of Indian Express Limited. In 2014, Blackstone Group and Pune-based Panchshil Realty bought the iconic building and have since been its owners. It has also been awarded the Leed Certification Status.
